VSM Builder Project Management module is designed to increase the level of service provided to builders. It allows Builders to create online projects, define phases, lots, house models, and then define multiple delivery stages for each phase. The builder can request the release of any delivery stage online by generating an order for a specific house model, or entire phase. Working in conjunction with VSM's BOM module, the Builder can request the release of Sub-Frames, Frames, Sashes, Screens, or any combination thereof. The resulting production list is divided by stage and scheduled accordingly for production and purchasing. 

Projects:

• Each project is defined along with phases, lots within phases, House models, and delivery stages.
• Each House Model is created as a quotation
• Right/Left variations of house models are generated with a click of button for any standard design
• The Builder generates a accurate pricing for the project
• When required, the builder will create project phases

 

 

• House Models are then assigned to lots within each phase
• The builder will then define delivery stages and issue orders online to the manufacturer
• The manufacturer will then schedule production and delivery of stages accordingly
