General and Web Based

Quote/Order Level – Processing Functionality:

• Order number prefix identifies Salesperson/Dealer and suffix identifies an alternate quote.

• New customers can be added on-the-fly (flagged as pre-credit approved)

• Option answer defaults can be applied for the current Quote/Order

• Global Change by Quote/Order to change:  Option, Option answer, Glass, and Series.

• Global Change for Multiple Quotes/Orders

• Reverse Designs substitutions

• Copy Quotes with new Quote number

• Create unlimited Alternative Quotes

• Filtering of Quotes and Orders by Customer, Sales person, and other fields.

Item Entry Functionality:

• Default Option Answer based on:  Quote/Order defaults, Dealer preferences, and manufacturing preference (in order)

• Allows Dealers to add Dealer specific products to the quote/order (but not other windows)

• Allows Dealers to add Dealer specific items to the widow such as casings and installation labor

• Item discounts applied by % or flat dollar amount.

• Allows sales person to manually override pricing (based on permissions) for base price, option add on, glass, grid, or simply on overall.

User-definable Documents:

A facility to produce customized documents with graphics improves sales prospect by presenting high quality quotations complete with scaled and detailed item graphics.  You can produce documents for any stage of the order- from initial proposal to final invoicing. The level of detail in a document can be controlled by using a range of data, text or option fields available. Production documents are also customized to meet the individual manufacturing needs, reducing the time required to implement on the production floor.
